Returns Policy
If any product is faulty in any way, you must report it within 3 working days of receiving it, we do quality checks on all our goods before sending them out. Once reported to us, we must receive the goods back within 14 working days of you receiving it in the condition you received it in. Once meeting these terms, we will send you a replacement of the goods you ordered to the specification of your order (e.g. if you ordered X-Large T-Shirt, we will replace it with X-Large T-Shirt). In the event of the circumstance of not being able to replace the item, you will be credited with the amount due. We will only credit you with the same payment method you initially paid and if paid by credit card, we will only credit the same card that you paid with. We reserve the right to withdraw crediting you or in special circumstances credit you with gift vouchers if these terms are not met. If a product offered by a-shockmusic.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Delivery Terms
We endeavour to dispatch your ordered item within 3 working days of your order, your order status may be checked online using your username & password. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and the goods must be signed and delivered to the person and address stated on the initial order. If the goods are signed by someone other then you at the address you stated initially, we hold no liability for the the items if opened or lost. If you do not receive the items after 7 working days, you may contact us at sales@a-shockmusic.com and we will endeavour to locate your goods and enquire the location and status of them. All items purchased from a-shockmusic.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Pricing & Published Information
We reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time within our site. All our published information is correct at time of print and can be changed at any point. a-shockmusic.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, a-shockmusic.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by a-shockmusic.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
